- 20 Jumps -> 9 KB deadlifts
- Run to fence and back-> 8 burpees
- 20 Jumps -> 7 KB deadlifts
- Run to fence and back -> 6 burpees
- 20 Jumps -> 5 KB deadlifts
- Run to fence and back -> 4 burpees
- 20 Jumps -> 3 KB deadlifts
- Run to fence and back -> 2 burpees
- 20 Jumps -> 1 KB deadlift
