Skill:

  • Handstands & Rope Climbs

Partner WOD:
Each athlete does 10 reps then switches with partner.

  • 20  mountain climbers
  • 20 Russian kb swings (24k/16k)
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 20 jumping pull-ups
  • 20 dips
  • 20 air squats
