1. CF Conditioning: This challenging class includes rowing, kettlebells, sleds, prowlers and other conditioning focused work. An excellent way to get into shape quickly, and perfect for racers, triathletes, runners and others who want to focus primarily on conditioning. Strength work happens through heavy kettlebell use, prowlers, bodyweight/gymnastics (pull ups, ring work, handstands, push ups, etc.) and other activities. (If you are visiting, this is the class for drop-ins, and will give you a heavy hit of some of the best CrossFit workouts!)

2.  CF Strength & Conditioning: This class focuses on shorter workouts and incorporates powerlifting and Olympic lifting on a regular basis. We program on-going strength progressions for this class. In order to attend this you need to have have passed Barbell Fundamentals in Powerlifting and Olympic lifting, as well as have permission from a coach.

3.  Barbell Fundamentals:  This is an ongoing course.  The classes alternate between Powerlifting (backsquat, deadlift, press, etc.) and Olympic lifting (snatch, clean and jerk) every Saturday.

4.  CrossFit Kids: Our CrossFit kids class is for kids ages 5-12.  CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

5.  Yoga: This class focuses on yoga that will help make us better at CrossFit and life in general.

6.  Weekday Open Gym: Open Gym is not an organized class, but a chance for athletes to work on specific skills and strength programming outside of classes. A coach will be there to help you with form and technique if needed. Please be considerate of others using the gym during Open Gym and be sure to leave the gym cleaner than you found it.

7.  Saturday Open Gym: Saturday Open Gym will be supervised by a coach. The coach’s #1 priority will be ensuring a safe training environment for all athletes.

Saturday Open Gym is a time for you to come in and make up a WOD you missed or work on a particular skill you want to improve.  Drop ins are allowed during this time, but they need to schedule ahead of time.

*Drop-ins: We welcome drop-ins during our 7am and 6pm classes.  Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at info@crossfitchiangmai.com.

Workshops and seminars: We also offer one-on-one or small group classes and seminars by appointment.  Interested in prepping for your next race? Want to develop a personal training plan or just learn more about Olympic weightlifting?  Email us today at info@crossfitchiangmai.com to set up a personal training session.
