Strength:

  • Deadlift 6-8
WOD:

4RFT
  • 25 wall balls (20#/14#)
  • 30 walking lunges w/med ball overhead
  • max knees to elbows (effort ends when athlete comes off the bar - if leg lift sub, then effort ends when heels touch the floor)
  • 1 lap sprint
