Strength & Conditioning: Team WOD

Strength:
  • 5x1 Back Squat (increasing in weight)
Team WOD:

4 people per team.  One person works at a time reps can be broken up anyway.
  • 200 Double Unders
  • 160 OHS(95/65)
  • 120 Burpees
  • 20  Prowler pushes 50m
