WOD A:  
5 rounds
  • 1 minute max distance row
  • rest 30 seconds
  • 1 minute max 15 m shuttles
  • rest 1 minute

then

WOD B:
3 RNFT (rounds not for time)
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 push-ups
  • 30 second hand stand hold
  • 30 second on the bar hollow body position hold
