Conditioning: Partner WOD

WOD A - Partner WOD:
3 RFT 
  • 500m row
  • Max rep wall balls
*rest 60 seconds between rounds
one partner rows, the other does wall balls, then they switch (one round = both partners row and wall ball)

WOD B:
3 RNFT (rounds not for time)
  • Max effort sit-ups
  • 20 supermans
