Warm up:
Parellette over/under

Skill:
Jump Ropes
and
Kettlebell deadlift review

WOD:
Start the WOD at the number of reps that match your age.
  • Run to fence and back -> 10 burpees
  • 
20 Jumps -> 9 KB deadlifts
  • Run to fence and back-> 8 burpees

  • 20 Jumps -> 7 KB deadlifts
  • Run to fence and back -> 6 burpees

  • 20 Jumps -> 5 KB deadlifts
  • 
Run to fence and back -> 4 burpees
  • 20 Jumps -> 3 KB deadlifts
  • 
Run to fence and back -> 2 burpees

  • 20 Jumps -> 1 KB deadlift
