Agility Ladder

WOD:
5RFT

  • 8 lateral jumps
  • 6 parallette dips
  • 4 burpees
Sprint to the fence at the top of every minute.

Strength:
  • 5x5 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 5x5 Plate Strict Press
