Conditioning: 20 Oct 2014

Strength:
Superset:
  • 5x5 lateral lunges (l+r=1) (weighted if able)
  • 5x1 40m sled pull (walking backwards)
WOD:
  • 10-1 Box Dips
  • 1-10 burpees
*every 90 seconds sprint to the fence and back (running out under the muscle up rig to the fence and back)
