Strength:
3 x max effort Pull-ups
or
3 sets of

  • 1 static hold at top of pull-up
  • 1 max bar hang

WOD:

  • 10-1 Burpees
  • 1-10 Ring Rows

Top of every minute sprint out under muscle up rig to fence and back.   Start with sprint.
