  • 5 tire flips
  • 5L/5R lateral lunges (increase in weight)

Partner WOD:
  • 3 RFT 
  • 500m row
  • Max rep wall balls
*rest 60 seconds between rounds
one partner rows, the other does wall balls, then they switch (one round = both partners row and wall ball)
