Strength:

  • 8-10x2 Dumbbell External Rotations
  • 8-10x2 Powell Raise
  • 8-10x2 Trap 3 Raise

WOD:
6 - 2 minute rounds

  • Rounds 1, 3, & 5 - 1 lap then max wall balls
  • Rounds 2, 4, & 6 - 1 lap then max burpees

*rest 1min after rounds 2 & 4
