  • 50 KB Push press (AHAP)
  • 50 goblet squats (AHAP)

You must complete all KB Push Press before moving on to Goblet squats.

WOD:
EMOTM for 15 mins

  • Min 1 10 KB push press (20k/12k)
  • Min 2 20 KB swings(24/16)
  • Min 3 40 double unders
