Partner Interrupting Angie:
  • 100 pull ups
  • 100 push ups
  • 100 sit ups
  • 100 air squats
One partner working at a time.  Every 90 seconds working partner runs 1/2 a lap.  Partner B can begin working when Partner A starts running.
