"The Sound and the Fury"

Strength:
  • 5x8L/R lateral lunges
Ab test #2 -
  • 60 second arch hold.  Keep legs together toes pointed.  
WOD:
5 - 4 minute rounds:
  • run 2 laps
  • 20 weighted sit ups (45#/25#)
  • max effort weighted walking lunges (20k/12k)
score=total weighted lunges
