  • 5L/5R Single arm KB floor press (AHAP - men 20k/women 12k)
  • 6L/6R box supported rows (AHAP  - same weight as press)

WOD:

  • 5 man makers
  • 20 ball slams (18k/12k)
  • 50 double unders
