Strength:
  • (1+1) x5 Hang Clean from the hip + Hang Clean from the Knee
  • 5x3 Strict Press
WOD:
  • Sprint 4 x 50 yds - 30 secs rest between each sprint
  • 30 Push Press – 95/65
  • Sprint 4 x 50 yds - 30 secs rest between each sprint
