WOD:

5 min to establish 1RM on Thruster.  Use 85% of 1RM for Thrusters.
5 Rounds for Reps of:
  • ME Thrusters in 15s
  • Rest 45s
  • ME Strict Pull Ups or Strict Ring Rows in 15s
  • Rest 45s
  • ME Burpees in 15s
  • Rest 45s
