Prep:
  • Test 6 Broad Jumps (3x there and back.)
  • Establish minimum distance.
Then

3 min AMRAP
  • 5 Thrusters @95/65
  • 4 Broad Jumps (2x there and back.)
  • 5 Pull Ups
Rest 1 Min
(Repeat 3 times total with rest between.)
