Strength:
  • Deadlift 1x5 (add 5-10 lbs to last week)
  • 3 x 30 sec max effort V-ups (scale to tuck) rest 1:1
WOD:
For time:
  • 20-2 Ground to shoulder with slam ball (18k/12k)
  • 2-20 Box Step Overs
