Conditioning: 25 May 2015

Strength:

  • Back Squat  APRE 10RM.   

WOD:

  • 10-1 Kettlebell Bent Over Rows
  • 1-10 Push ups
  • 5 10m shuttles between each set (approximate width of one tennis court and back=1)
