Conditioning: Partner Eva - 20 Feb 2015

WOD A:
3RNFT
  • 25m Hand over hand sled pull (135#/95) (http://www.elitefts.com/education/exercise-index/hand-over-hand-rope-sled-pull/) 
  • 50m Prowler Push (110#/70#)
WOD B:
Partner EVA - 5RFT
  • Run 4 laps 
  • 30 KB swings (32k/20k)
  • 30 pull-ups
For each round both partners will run 2 laps together (2+2=4) then, with only one partner working at a time, complete a total of 30 KB swings & 30 pull-ups.
