  • 40m waiter’s walk - left
  • 50m suitcase carry - right
  • 40m waiter’s walk - right

WOD:10RFT - Teams of 2:
  • 50m Prowler Push (135#/95#)
  • 50m Sprint
  • Rest

(Partner B will start resting.  Partner A will push the prowler 50m, then sprint back and tag Partner B and then rest.  Partner B will then sprint to the prowler and then push the prowler back to Partner A and then rest.  Each partner will push the prowler 10 times.)
