5L/5R Tall Kneeling Bottoms Up KB Press (AHAP)
90-120sec. rest

WOD:
6 - 2 minute rounds
Rounds 1, 3, & 5

  • 1 lap then max burpees

Rounds 2, 4, & 6

  • 1 lap then max ball slams (18k/12k)

*rest 1min after rounds 2 & 4
