Tall Cleans



20 min of Tall clean work

*Cleans from position 1
Goal is to work on speed under the bar.
This is technique work- treat it as such.

Scale down:
Deadlift 5RM (add 5#)


Mixed Tabata:
Burpee
KB Swing (32/20kg)

Alternate between movements til all 16 rounds are complete.
