CrossFit Westside (Vancouver) Wed WOD

Today's WOD was:

200 m run carrying a med ball (20 lbs)
15 wall balls (20 lbs)
15 Sumo deadlift high pulls with a kettlebell (32 kg)

5 rounds, resting 2 minutes between rounds.

Great WOD! I finished in 20:24.

Thanks to Jenika (owner/trainer) at CrossFit Westside!  Great day and a great gym.
