Squat/Press/Power Clean & baseline

Warm up to working sets with the barbell.

Squat 3 x 5
Press 3 x 5
Power clean 5 x 3

Focus on good form!

And for an added bonus/alternate today, the baseline workout.  Happy to meet Melissa who lives in Bangkok and used to train with CrossFit Hollywood!
