10 min AMRAP: 20 DU/20 PU/20 SU

10 minutes as many rounds as possible of

20 double unders
20 push ups
20 sit ups

  1. How kind of you to pick a workout I could do at home the first day i can't be there with you! I was severely hindered by equipment (scrounged a skipping rope as thick as my thumb which reached to my waist, and I was lucky to manage more than 3 single skips in a row which really slowed me down.
    3 complete rounds, plus skips and 9 sit ups on the 4th round.
