Hand Release Push Ups/Toes 2 Bar/Sprint


Strength:

  • Backsquat 3RM

WOD:

  • 10-1 HR Push ups (RX+ rings)
  • 1-10 T2B
  • 50m Sprint between each round

Post load and time to whiteboard.

    I had to bail on the last 2 rounds of T2B - pulled muscle in my left upper arm (the one that used to cause me problems with wall balls when I first started Crossfit) on the first of the round of 9. Sit ups was the best sub I could come up with in the moment, so finished the workout with them.
