12:51 I had to bail on the last 2 rounds of T2B - pulled muscle in my left upper arm (the one that used to cause me problems with wall balls when I first started Crossfit) on the first of the round of 9. Sit ups was the best sub I could come up with in the moment, so finished the workout with them.
