The open workout for Saturday this week:
"Fast and light" -- the goal to work a light bar for speed and then hit the prowler.
Three rounds, resting as needed between rounds.
5 thrusters, 50 meters prowler push (25 m out and back)
No, it isn't easy. The third round is rough.
