Warm up:

2 rounds
*1 min run or 20 double unders/80 singles
*10 push ups
*10 good mornings

WOD

10 rounds for time
*10 burpees
*10 squats
*10 sit ups

  1. Signing in for the D.I.Y. 9pm class in my hotel room in Munich. Not nearly as hot, but feeling it! 16:20 and gassed. Hope y'all are doing great. See you in a couple months!
