Back Squat 10RM.
*Use 75-80% of 1RM (This is only a guideline)

5 Rounds:
2:30 Min AMRAP:
3 Goblet Squats (20kg/12kg)
5 Box Jumps (24/20")
8 Russian Twists (35/25#)
Rest :45

*Start each round where you left off on the prior round, i.e. if you finished round 1 on the 3rd box jump, you start round 2 on box jump #4.

Post 10RM and Rounds + Reps to board.
