Kettlebell Swings, Push Ups

Strength:

Overhead squat
2 @ 90% of 2RM (see 20 May)
2 @ 85%
2 @ 80%

WOD:

OTM for 10 minutes

20 kettlebell swings (20kg/16kg)
10-1 push ups

Minute 1 = 20 kettlebell swings + 10 push ups
Minute 2 = 20 kettlebell swings + 9 push ups
Minute 3 = 20 kb swings + 8 push ups

.
.
Minute 10 = 20 kb swings + 1 push up

  1. OVS w/ DB's 45# , 3 Rounds of 6 (very difficult with DB's, no access to barbell for 2 weeks)

    WOD - Finished, About had a heart attack, holy KB Swings!
