Monday, 10/25

We love Dr. Tabata.

8 Tabata rounds of:

Box jumps to the tire
Wall balls
Ab-mat sit ups
Kettlebell swings

That's 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, for 8 rounds. Rest one minute, and then move to the next station.
