Great articles, but not very plausible, especially in Thailand. Eating good, fatty meat here is too expensive. Eating at Thai restaurants is next to impossible when following these instructions. I am going to try and cut out the rice as much as possible though.
No -- it IS totally plausible in Thailand, and actually much easier in Thailand than in the US. Dana and I are doing it and it isn't that hard. It depends on how detailed you're going to get. We don't worry about seed oils used for cooking when out, but go through the Nutrition page on our site to see some ideas about getting started. The biggest thing is to eliminate all processed food, all sugar and all flour. Read the article on the "12 steps" to start.
