Team Murph

Strength:

  • Deadlift 3x3 
WOD:
 
Teams of 3

- as a team complete 1500m run.  Once all 3 are back in the gym complete
  • 100 pull-ups
  • 200 push-ups
  • 300 squats
- once your team has completed the chipper complete another 1500m run as a team.

Time ends when your entire team is back in the gym.
