chin-ups max effort X 3

WOD:

EMOTM for 12 minutes


  • 2 power cleans 
  • push-up plank hold for the remainder of the minute
if you come out of the plank then complete sit-ups for the remainder time.

score = number of sit-ups (low score is the goal)
