Strength:

Floor Press 5RM then
  • 1x3 @ 90% of 5RM
  • 1x3 @ 85% of 5RM
  • 1x3 @ 80% of 5RM
WOD:

5RFT
  • 5 Deadlifts @ 70% of 1RM
  • 10 lateral over-barbell burpees ("It's just a jump to the left.")
