Tabata totals: KB/Burpees/Situps/Squats

Tabata totals (count total numbers of reps per round):

Kettelbell clean and press (per hand)
Burpees
Situps (with abmat)
Bottom to Bottom Squats (resting in the down position!)

Three visitors today.


The first was a very small visitor by the kettlebells...
