Sledge/Box/Sprint

AMRAP in 10 minutes

20 slams with the sledgehammer on the tires
20 Box jumps up to the tires
Sprint to the other tire (about 50 meters)

Don't drop the hammer!  Hold it during the jumps and carry it for the sprint!
