Thursday Skills and Capoeira

Thursday classes at 7 AM, 8 AM, 4 PM and 5 PM

We will be working on lifts and skills.

Pick a lift you need to work on.  Start light and do 5 reps.  Increase 5 pounds.  Repeat until failure or loss of form.  Work on perfect form for each rep.

At 4 PM we also had a capoeira class led by Christi Sobel--working on balance, agility and coordination!
