Baseline (500 m row/40 squats/30 situps/20 push ups/10 pull ups)

Today we're going to do a fitness baseline.

500 meter row
40 squats
30 abmat situps
20 push ups
10 pull ups

For time.

This hits a lot of good things in a lot of different areas.
