Five rounds for time of: Squat clean thruster/Chest to bar pull-ups

Five rounds for time of:
Squat clean thruster, 5 reps at an appropriate weight.  Go heavy but keep good form.
10 Chest to bar pull-ups or sub ring rows


Squat clean thrusters are as follows.

Start with the barbell on the floor.
Clean it up to the rack position.
Do a thruster, with a deep squat and finishing with the barbell overhead.
