Yoga is not an system of beliefs.It considers the impact on one another of body and mind, and brings them into mutual harmony.So frequently,for occurrence,the mind can't concentrate simply due to tension or sickness in the body,which keep the energy from streaming to the brain.So frequently,as well,the energy in the body is debilitated in light of the fact that the will is crippled, or paralyzed by harmful emotions.
