hey adam!! jumps in the sand!?! that's just crazy. and i'm feeling all bad for you stuck in the sucky maldives with only a resort gym. what a pain!3 more days of for the challenge. we're still hanging in. will do measurements on the last day and fill you in!
I tried this WOD today too - without the runs at the end because I wasn't anywhere I could measure it out. I managed 7 rounds plus pistols and 4 of the box jumps.I tried handstands too and found them quite fun.
