Conditioning: Turkish Get-ups

Skill/Strength:
5x3 (each side) Turkish Get-ups (can be working up in weight)

WOD:
15 minute AMRAP
  • 30 DUs (sub singles 3:1)
  • 20 walking lunges
  • 10 ball slams
  • 3 wall walks (scale 3:1 in place inch worms)
