Strength:

Front Squat 3 OTMEM for 7 min @ 75% of 3RM (11 Feb)

WOD:

5 rounds

  • 1 min to complete 30 kettlebell swings (24kg/16kg)
  • 1 min rest
There is a 1,000 meter row penalty for each round that you do not complete 30 kb swings.
