Sorta Filthy

Strength:

  • Deadlift 1x5 (add 5 or 10# - see 23/10)
WOD:

For time - in teams of 2 (one partner working and one resting) complete
  • 50 box jumps (24"/20")
  • 50 ring rows
  • 50 kettlebell swings (16kg/12kg)
  • Walking Lunges, 50 steps
  • 50 Leg Raises (heals should not touch ground between reps)
  • 50 Push-press (45#/35#)
  • 50 Banded Good Mornings (green/blue)
  • 50 Wall Ball shots (20#/14#)
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Double Unders
Finish each movement before moving on.
