WOD at CrossFit BC!

Headed over to CrossFit BC for today's WOD.

"Hanson"

5 rounds for time:

30 kettlebell swings (50 lbs)
30 burpees
30 sit ups

Long and intense! (Yes, that's 150 of each)

Finished in 31:24

Burpees if you're late.  Burpees if you fail to introduce yourself to a new member.  That's nice.
